HI Team,
Please note we bought this unit about 5 months agao and since then have given sevral complaints and gone through the escalation chain ans till no action is been taken.
The aquagaurd Enhance RO is supposed to give pure water and also cockroaches in the water tank. There was a service engg who also told us that this is a defective model and this was a common complaint with this model. Nowdays everyday morning we find cockroaches floating in the tank of the model. we have been complaining about this to the company since we bought this unit from them.
The company fails to address this concern and is becoming a health hazard for my family. I have paid 14k for the unit which was also supposed to include free service for the unit and warrenty against any manufacturing defects. Please find the number of the service request that have been logged through the time with the customer care for the company.
