Sir/Madam,

The builder is harassing and has sent legal notice even after sending letter , which was given by CFBP last month. The builder has given legal notice, which is as attached. The Housing minister has also mentioned in Satkal Times that builder is liable for VAT and not customer. (see file attached). Pls advise and do needful. (Also see reply to builder sent earlier for reminders as per attached).
