I have purchase a Micromax mobile Q50 on 30.12.2011. After 2 days i found a problem of auto switched off in mobile phone, i submit it to Micromax mobile care center situated at laxmi nagar near V3S Mall. and got it back after a 1 month and found no problem is resolved. In oct 2012 a problem has been increased of auto switched off and a problem of hanging is also arise, i submit it to same mobile service center as on 20.102012 ( job sheet no:N030666-1012-2078098) , service center in-charge give me date of 3 days after the date of submission of mobile, but i did not receive my mobile till now. On 11/12/2012 Mr.sumit in-charge of micromax service center (M/s The Mobile Care delhi, B-36 Guru nank Pura Opp.V3S mall near maharaja bequett hall Laxmi Nagar Delhi 110092) cancel my old job sheet (( job sheet no:N030666-1012-2078098) and create a new job sheet ( job sheet no. N030666-1212-2401083) and told me to come in the evening of 11th of dec.2012, i go there around 5.45pm but found my set has been completely dead. Mr.sumit told me that it may take another 30-40 days for come back in old possition.Finally I got it back 14th of dec 2012 and found my phone will not work properly and condition is too poor. Now mobile is under warranty period which shall be complete on 30/12/2012. I want new handset.
