Hello Sir/Madam,
I am the Bharat Gas customer barring consumer no. 40535685.
Government of India has come up with a new rule which is limiting the LPG Gas cylinders supply only 6 per year in old subsidy rate.Once the consumer has used up all the six cylinders coming to him at a subsidized price, he will have to pay Rs 931.50 for every 14.2 kg of LPG he requires for the rest of the year. But after usage of 3 cylinders the distributor is asking to pay subsidized price (i.e. Rs. 931.50). The delivery man doing misbehavior with the woman or older person in the house. The telephone operator don't receives the calls the telephone bell rigs on and on but we don't get response. We have to travel from jogeshwari to Goregaon for booking. After that also they say you have to wait for 10-12 days. This is going worse day by day.
No one is doing any thing to stop them nor to move in right direction. What will the poor or uneducated people do when the distributor do this? Where will we go for our solution. So I request you to take a legal action against the distributor for their Non-cooperation, Misbehavior and their Responses.
