Complaint Details
This is regarding the maintenance amount of

3 years we have paid for the Aquaguard Nova

on 16 Nov 2010 valid till 15 Nov 2013 having

contract receipt no. 18341883 and the amount

paid is Rs. 2850.

At the time of servicing the body got broke

by the visiting service engineer due to

which we had to change the machine. New one

taken is Aquaguard Total Infinity on 22nd

May 2012. Sales person Mr. Shivaji Yadav

assured us that regarding this maintenance

amount it is up to us either we can get a

balance amount back by check or else it

would be added in servicing after the free

servicing of the new machine ends. We told

him we are OK with both and decided to go

for the add of service.

Unfortunately he didn't give anything on

paper and we continued following him up and

in August 2012 we visited Niyoshi

Park, Aundh office and met his manager Mr.

Ghanshyam Gaikwad who again assured us that

matter would be solved within 2 days but he

also didn't turn up and after giving a call

to him he pushed it to the Shivaji Yadav who

said he has solved it by handing over the

service papers 2 day's back which was

nothing but the manipulating of dates by him

only without any new service paper for the

new machine. Also after my call in 2 days

time these people also couriered us the

invoice which was not given to us until

then.

After that I made online complaint to Eureka Forbes with the hope that matter would be sorted out in official manner as promised at the time of buying without any further delay and we would either get our amont back or else service papers for the new machine for this remaining amount of Rs. 1500.

Since then I rotated my complaint twice online but with no result that is why finally saw your link on this website and approaching you for justice.
