Hon’ble Sir/s,

With reference to the above, I the undersigned would like to state and submit as under:-

That I paid a sum of Rs.1000/- by way of cash in the current Bank account No. 624205011394 of ICICI Bank, Nagpur towards registration of Unfo Media Software Services, having head office at Satyam Apts., 9th Floor, Behind Big Bazar, Dhantoli, Sitabuldi, Nagpur 440 012 of Mr. Prem for obtaining off line data entry job.

That Mr. Prem gave me Data Entry Job at his friend’s office situated at Ghatkopar on 10.10.2012 at 9.00 PM by installing the Data entry software on my laptop for completing the said job by 11.11.2012. Accordingly, I completed the said job and as per as per his instructions and I send the CD with data through courier “The Professional Couriers” on 12.11.2012. After receiving the courier he promised me to pay me a sum of Rs.30,000/- towards the cost of the said job within one week.

Now, despite of repeated reminders on phone/mobile/sms, he failed to pay me the abovementioned cost of the job. Lastly he sent me a cheque No.149935 dated 26.11.2012 for Rs. 1200/- from an ICCI Bank, Ramdas Peth, Nagpur 440 010.

Now he has to pay me the balance sum of Rs.28,800/- in respect of the above said job as I have worked days and night to complete this job. He is neglecting me to pay the said balance amount. He threatened to me that he will not pay the balance amount to me and he is not afraid if I take any action against him.

Many Indians like me are getting trapped in his business as he let we people do the job and after completing the job, he is not paying any one. It seems to be a big scam. Please investigate in the matter completely.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am now earnestly requesting to your goodself that be pleased to kindly arrange to look into the matter personally on humanitarian grounds and arrange to take stern legal action against the abovesaid person as per provisions of law and also arrange to give me the balance amount and give me justice as per law of land.
