Complaint Details
I took a product from Fineedge.in after their telemarketing executive called me offering a 2nights 3 days holiday, branded shoes, movie voucher, etc. they charged my credit card 6399/- saying that this is one time payment and no extra charges will be applicable. After debiting my card for 6399/- they told me that I have to pay 500 extra for hotel booking, 199/- extra for receiving my free gift and octroi extra will be at actual. They also told me that the shoes will be of colour of my choice, but when I recvd the shoes they were of different colour. When I called their customer service, I was told that the above charges have to be paid by me and that shoes can be sent only of the colour that is available. If I want to change the colour I will again have to pay 200/- as service charge and 290/- for octroi.
I strongly recommend not to take any products from this company.
