Sir,

We booked a bus ticket through travelyaari.com (PNR No: 157976-TS-YAR2970679, Ticket No: 3331213511957). Afterwards, on 12th December, the bus operator called and said that the bus has been cancelled and the entire ticket price will be refunded. However, NO refund has been received till now despite several calls and emails to the concerned authorities, which have only resulted in false promises. Please look into the matter and grant us the refund.
