Sir,
I have sify's broadband connection for last 5 years.My user id is harshad_7s.From 1st of Dec 2012 i am getting defective services from sify.i have continously geting error unable to reach local network b-101.i have continously taking follow up with local sify agency but problem still persist and sify's customer care in responsding.My net is getting down for 10 to 12 hours daily and every evening it is down.Kindly look into the matter urgently as i have rechahged for 3 monthes on 18th dec.
