Complaint Details
Order number 3001803957. Ordered new Karbon handset. They delievered set with display not working. Refused to pick up and replace. Asked to get DOA letter from service center. Service center refusing as invoice of 18th and we recieved parcel only on24th and 25th was holiday. Indiatimes should process all this, why shoul cutomer do running around for faulty mobile set delivered and how come we are responsible for DOA not possible beacuse set got delivered 6 days after ordereing and invoice generation.
