on 23rd evening i've recharged 200 rupees top up and 81 rupees gprs pack. with 16 rupees prev balance. on 24th morning noticed balance is 130 rupees. made only few calls that wont cost more than 10 rupees.called customer care at 198 three times. they either say records not updated or put call on hold for undefined time or transfer that to senior who never receives the call. they keep doing the same every time i recharge more than 100 rupees. sometime they activate some pack about what i never come to know or they simply tell you have downloaded something what i never understand what when and how i have downloaded. they are not able to clarify what or which service they have provided or what i have downloaded for that money.as that is my hard earned money i want to know about the service what they provide for deducted money or if i have downloaded some imaginary thing what i never see or feel, i want to know what it is or else i want my money back.
