Complaint Details
I had converted postpaid SIM card (8551900881) into prepaid SIM card against payment of Rs. 100/- in cash on 22 December 2012. The concern representative said me that the prepaid SIM card will be activating on 24 Dec. 2012 at evening. Till date the said prepaid SIM card is not activated. All the customer care numbers of vodafone company which displayed on internet are not working at all. I am not able to contact any person of vodafone.
