Hi,
My wife (Shraddha Arekar) had booked a honey moon tour to mauritius with Sachin travels which was scheduled on 17th Dec 2012 (Tour Code MUI) for which we had made payment on 6th October 2012 by Cheque 444013 dated 6-10-2012 drawn on Axis Bank Branch Powai of INR 1,37,845.00.
For some reason they postponed the tour to 19 Jan 2013 (without informing us, this was informed to us when we ringed them on 15th Dec 2012 )but for this date i was not available so i have asked for refund. But till date i have not got any refund. Staff is not responding as they keep on saying this can be done only when approved by their boss (Mr Sachin J. 9821149747). Mr. Sachin is not picking up our call every time we need to speak to him we have to call from a different number.
Everytime we speak to Mr Sachin he says this will be done today. due to this we are unable to book any other tour as our money is blocked. this has caused a lot of trouble and we have lost our valueable time. So they need to compensate for this.
