SIR I HAD TAKEN A CABLE CONNECTION FROM KCL DIGITAL ON 27/09/2012 BY PAYING ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT RS. 1990/-. BUT THE CONNECTION THEY PROVIDED WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. ME AND MY MOTHER COMPLAINED A LOT OF TIMES. BUT ACTUALLY THERE WAS NO SIGNIFICANT RESPONSE FROM KCL DIGITAL. THEY PROVIDED US A NON FUNCTIONING DIGITAL SET TOP BOX FOR THE FIRST TIME. THE SIGNAL STRENGTH THAT WE RECEIVE HERE IS BELOW 30 dB. THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE CABLE FROM AMPLIFIER TO CUSTOMER PREMISE.
