I booked Bangalore to Tirupathi package tour for 28 dec for 6 people as my parents had come all the way from Delhi for this. The departure was at 10.30pm and I had booked a cab for 9pm as well to drop us till bus pick up point. I got a call from bus people at 8.30 pm that the bus is cancelled for today. I had no other option to accept this as the time given to me was just 2 hours notice and I could not book any other package in that much time. Now I have been struggling to get my money back from them. I have called red bus and the bus guys 20 times but I don't know when I will get my money back. I paid almost 10,000 rs by cash.
