sir,i had earlier also lodged a complaint against them but still not get any response from ur side i am reminding u once again well my complaint case is,i had purchased a dongle from tata indicom in alliance with hauwei ltd for RS.1200 in the june month and i had opted for billing payment(postpaid) connection in the first month i had been charged a bill amounting to RS.236 which i agreed but due to some kind of weather condition i was not able to pay the bill and also the bill was not sent to me by post they had called me up and told the bill amount for RS.236 but still on the due date i had gone to search their gallery but the address did not traced well so the due date time is over and then immediately cancelled my connection when i had called their customer executive then he says that while i was new CUSTOMER to them so they can't give me an extension for next month and after that i had called him several times and he was just suggesting to me to pay the pending bill for RS.236 i had already requested him that i will pay the consecutive bill(previous bill plus current month bill)if u will re-activate my connection but he had totally cancelled my connection and from since start of the november month they had been calling me to pay the billing amount of RS.1231 and when i had asked him to what and how the amount had been increased they told me the amount RS.236(first bill)+PENALTIES=RS.1231 now they had send me a letter regarding the payment of amount dues and also warned me and give an ultimatum to pay the amount till 31/12/2012 now i had bought their dongle for RS.1200 and just used for RS.236 so why should i pay RS.1231 when i had not been utilized.please revert me back i had earlier also registered a complaint but still not get any such response MY CELL NO. 9987816541 my previous complaint no. 0002667/2012 and 0002691/2012 THANKS.........i am sending u the letter which they had been sent
