Respected sir,
I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a WIPRO Note Book Serial No.12BGB000200030 (Model Name – WNB7SIP1840R) , bought through Flip Kart (Customer 1500479479) in few month ago. Few days of purchase discovered a major flaw in the notebook.
We have lodged innumerable complaints including Audio Sound, Web Cam, USB Port and cracked Screen, for which few have been attended by the Wipro Authorized Engineer from Care IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
I’m little perplexed with WIPRO executives attitude towards the Customer. The careless attitude towards the Customer is definitely disturbing and I have no option but to seek your intervention in resolving the issue.
I have hardly use this Note Book at home. I have been facing several problems including Audio Sound, Web Cam, USB Port and cracked Screen etc ever since I bought it. Now the screen got cracked automatically. I am unable to understand the root cause of this cracked notebook. As stated by CARE Engineers, it’s not a physical damage at all.
I definitely need this situation to be solved as soon as possible. I made the decision to buy the WIPRO Note Book, because of previous good recommendations some friends of mine gave me about your Wipro. However, after this experience, I feel completely deceived.
I would like you to replace the faulty laptop immediately. If I don’t get a quick response to my request, I hope a full refund of the payment I already made.
