I bought a sony erric mobile SATIO U1 in dec 2010 .
It’s not working now due to its ic issue ,no service center is taking my mobile for repairing just saying that model OBSELETE and that no parts are available for repairing.
The cell cost around 27000 which is not a small amount and its not my problem that within 2 years such costly phone becomes OBSELETE.

I want to repaired this phone at any cost because its your company fault I should not suffer when I am able to spend money on its repair.
Or please replace the same with a new model .I would like a solution for the same ASAP or I would take this case further at consumer protection law.
