Order no 2723291. I had purchased a Giordano watch on 21st Dec 2012 from fashionandyou.com. The order promised to deliver an original Giordano watch. However the watch sent was a dupicate and defective piece. I have contacted them several times. Spoke to Ashutosh, Abhishiek the floor manager and had an exchange of e-mails with Ajay Singh Yadav (see attached). They are asking me to go get my watch repaired at the Giordano repair center. I do not want to accept a defective piece and want my money to be refunded. It seems they are fooling customers by showing 60-80% discount online and selling duplicate products.
