I didn't want to continue with the policy due to some reason and therefore I didn't paid the 2nd premium of the policy. But my policy advisor Mr. Pallab Kar told me to pay 80% of the premium to get all the invested money refunded after 45 days.
Therefore I gave him a crossed cheque worth Rs. 9598.00 in the name of BSLI on 05.09.2012, which got cleared from bank on 12.09.2012 (see bank statement).

But as of now I have got no information about the status of my policy from neither Mr. Pallab Kar nor BSLI. Worse, Mr. Pallab Kar does response to my e-mail or phone call.
So far, I have got no information regarding my complain (030231127 dtd. 21.11.2012)to BSLI.
