I booked Indigo 6E 445 Airline that was scheduled to depart Lucknow Airport on Dec 28th at 8:10 AM. This flight was rescheduled 3 times and the rescheduled time was specifically kept at less than 2 hrs so that passengers could not claim refund. After great difficulty, I could get onto their Contact Center and the executive refused to cancel the ticket and process full refund. The flight finally took off after more than 5 hrs at 1:18 PM however there is no response from Indigo Customer Relations. Please help!! Nishith Mohan
