I purchased Micromax A-78 Cofee mobile from SNAPDEAL.com which was not working wen received. I was asked to contact service centre.Your service centre at Anantnag( Shahardar Computers) gave in writting that they will neither replace the item or substitute the defective part. ( Copy attached). Also this Service centre asked me to contact Mr. Ravinder Tyagi based at Chandigarh who claimed to be North Head( Service) not only misbehaved with me but refused to entertain any claim of replacement. He also informed that nobody from Micromax will entertain any such claim even if I
file complaint in any forum.This is the way customer service centre of Micromax treat customers.
