I am the new consumer of bsnl broadband on address as written above. I complained more than 10 times that the internet connection provided by them is not working properly. Since from 21st November, i am unable to check my email due to internet problem. They didn't take any action against my all complaints, so lastly i am filing a complaint against BSNL Broadband Chandigarh. I trusted BSNL because it is 1st telecom company in India who provides a good coverage but now I am feeling very bad about it. They totally hurted my sentiments and charged me unnecessary against the service which they promise to provide but never provide at grass-root level. I am really really feeling very bad that i trusted a irresponsible service provider.
