I HAD BEEN ASSURED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 48 HOURS. BUT AS EXPECTED FROM AIRTEL, MY COMPLIANT HAS FALLEN ON DEAF EARS. AND THE CALLS AND SMSES ARE NOT STOPPING. WE SHOULD LEARN FROM AIRTEL TO HARASS PEOPLE. I HAD COMPLAINED THAT I DO NOT HAVE ANY AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION. BUT I GET SMSES AND IRRITATING CALLS FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES WHO ARE A PAIN TO LISTEN TO. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS. I HAVE SAVED MORE THAN 60 NUMBERS FROM WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED CALLS.
