I had 2 numbers of idea post paid corporate connection. My number is 9657167111 and 9657168111. I am willing to discontinue my services for both my numbers due to network problem at my premises. But still I'm paying my bills regularly. When I called into customer care of Idea cellular they had refuse to take down my complaint, Because i have corporate connection. The person from whom i taken this services are is not reporting to us. And customer care people guided to me either contact the same person from where i get this service or nearest idea shop.
I went at idea shoppy at Badlapur (E) for my complaint they also refuse to take my disconnection request. They say's we are receiving only bills. Then I went to Kalyan (w) Idea shoppy where i'm paying my bill. They also refuse to take my request because I have Idea Maharashtra service. Every time i'm getting same treatment. I want to raise complaint against this company for UN necessary mentally harassment from the support team as well as customer care team.
Please do needful about the same.
