carrying forward complaint no 0002747/2012 with you, we deposited our mobile set with service center of jamshedpur on 27th Dec, Since then there has been no progress, No pdates from indiatimes even after repeated calling customer care. Also asked to cancel order and refund money so that we can purchase new set, even then there has been no progress.
