Complaint Details
I have registered with their company for a broadband connection on 20-11-2012 for a 3 months subscription for Rs.4000
They committed a speed of 4Mbps.
When they installed the connection, it was not working. (They took money in advance)
When I repeatedly requested them for checking it, they sent a technician after a week and he said that there is no feasibility in this area. So, he asked for termination of the connection.
I confirmed the termination on their customer care and the customer care sent me a mail of confirmation on 1-12-2012 and told me that I will get the refund of my amount in 2 weeks.
It has been over a month since then but I have not got any refund from them. I am really suffering due to the same as I am unable to buy another connection.
Please help me.
