I have booked a hotel horizon Udaipur for travel dates Jan 04, 2013 to Jan 07, 2013 through yatra.com at suggestions of their executive. I was confirmed booking on Dec 12, 2012.However, I was informed on Dec 26, 2012 that booking is cancelled as hotel is fully booked. Yatra executive suggested alternative hotel that is hotel padamani place but since it was a sub standard hotel compared to the one which I initially booked. I suggested them to book hotel Hilton place but they kept on making excuses that they are discussing with seniors and will get back to me shortly.
Please note, I have suggested them hotel on Dec 27, 2012 and they didn't booked it at all. Also, they had been postponing booking day by day till Jan 3, 2012 they said they can't book it since its completely booked. However, when i checked with yatra.com new booking department they said they have room available in hotel Hilton place and mailed me the details for making new booking.

In the end, they further suggested 3 more sub standard property which was available for less than Rs 2500 amount whereas one I have booked was Rs 3500. They asked me to adjust the entire booking amount against these sub stand hotel booking.

I would request you to please provide me justice in the form of compensation from yatra.com of Rs50,000 as they completed spoiled my trip, lead to mental harassment and additional cost due to last minute hotel booking.
