Complaint Details
I have entered AMS for 2 years with Eureka Forbes on 10th Npv 2010 .I made a complaint for a service in Sep 2012.They could not attend the repair reasoning non availability of spare part.They could not attend the complaint till now.Now they are asking us to renew the AMS .Then only they will attend the complaint.We are demanding to attend the repair work first THAN OPT for renewal which they are refusing
