2 years back, Niva infrastructure and Backbone pvt. ltd. had oppened their office in rajkot in some premises and stated that constrution of a big mall is taking place here , where we booked 2 shops by paying in cash fully. The worth of which is arround 18 lakhs total. The possesion was promised by Diwali 2011 but the construction stopped after some time and they fled away tajing all the amount from many people.
When calls were made they kept on giving vague excuses. Pls do the needful as no one bothers to listen to our complaint. We even have visited their main office in Ahmedabad but of no use.
