I took 3G plan on my tata docomo number 8123266170. But the settings are not working on my phone. when I call customer care my number gets automatically disconnected. the alternate number(18602665555) is only for Kannada speakers so I can not connect from the other number also. I am one of those few unfortunate ones who opted for Tata Docomo. This company is the most pathetic company I have ever come across. Very poor customer care. I will never ever buy any tata product in my life again.
