Complaint Details
I had bought a Samsung galaxy Tab 2 from Indiatimes shopping website on the 19-Nov-12, But till date they have not delivered the product to me. in-spite of repeatedly calling the customer care there are giving me the answer that my case manager will call me by 24 to 48 hours but nobody calls up and till date i am facing the same problem, I am attaching the purchase details in excel sheet for your reference
