Pl refer to my earlier communications dtd 20/11/12 & 29/05/12 regarding non delivery of tablet. Till date no communication received from you.

In view of this and non delivery of booked item till date, I request you to return back the money Rs 2999/- sent to you vide cheque no 76747 dtd 13/03/12 send to Data wind Innovations Pvt Limited.

Sir,'I booked Ubilsate tablet in 23 Jan 2012 vide refno PM1A149. I send the cheque on 8/02/12 & same is encashed by you. Till now I have not received my tablet. You are requested to send the tablet immediately or send back the money received.

Sir,

Vide Booking no PM1A149 I booked a Ubislate-7 in Jan 12. In the month of Feb 2012 I sent a ICICI Bank Cheque no 76747. The same is encashed by you on 13/03/12.

Even though More than 2 Months lapsed I have not received the Tablet till 29/05/12.As promised by you on your site no one contacted me till date.


You are requested to deliver the material at the earliest. or else arrange to send back the money.
