Lost Rs.112(30+42+30+5+5)while i was browsing internet on my mobile. When called asking the said I lost money because i clicked chargeable links and then cant refund. My phone is touch type and this cash loss is happening when we use games or applications. But the problem is this links appear suddenly and people will be clicking these links by mistake. none will notice they are charged links and balance will be lost. This a cheating game. almost all smart phones are touch and this problem is faced by everyone. Not just me. Everyone want these service providers to display a message that we will loose money when we click those links. Can ccrc do anything on this? Every Indian using internet from mobile is cheated like this. We want you to take action. Jai Hind.
