Complaint Details
I placed an order (order ID 4388839) for woodland footwear on myntra.com (Rs. 3195)under the account associated with zinxforever@yahoo.com. there was fitment issue with shoes so I returned it to myntra on Nov 19, 2012. I have previously returned many things and did not receive any return receipt for those. So i returned the shoes without having a receipt. I contacted the cust support after 5 days and they told me to wait 2-3 days while refund is processing. I again contacted them after 3 days then he again asked me to wait 3 days. I again contacted then they promised me I will receive the refund with in 3 days. but nothing happened, I contacted again, this time I was told that they did not receive my return and issue is being investigated. After going through all the investigation, they kept me hanging with no resolution. I again made a call that was handled by a supervisor and she refused to refund my money. Now, I am left with no shoes and no money. Please help me!
