Complaint Details
We bought consumer goods from A1 Super Market, Sivaganga. The bill amount came as 631.50/-. We payed by Cedit Card, but they rounded the amount to 632/-.

They offered chocolate for 50 paise, which I rejected. They responded saying they dont have 50 paise change and also even for credit card transactions they will round 50 paise to 1 Rupee only.

This is a staright forward violation of Tax code and consumer rights. They are denying the consumer the right change and also evading tax.
