Complaint Details
I bought a Glen stainless steel cook top from Kanpur Sales Corporation.Just after two weeks,fire started coming from the knob. We complained to the dealer and he sent a serviceman to mu home. The serviceman couldn't detect any problem. He assured us that the gas stove is safe. But again in a couple of weeks. the same problem occured. This time I requested the dealer to replace the product.Now it has been more than three months, we are yet to receive the replacement. As the problem occured again, we lost confidence about the safety of the product and hence we were forced to buy another gas stove for our daily purpose. I have been repeatedly requesting the dealer to give me back my money or provide a new gas stove but nothing positive has happened yet. I strongly feel, I must be adequately compensated for this harassment. Thanks.
