I have ordered a Fastrack Backpack-A0212NBK02AA through online shopping on 4 Dec 2012 from website:-http://shopping.indiatimes.com with order no-3001742181. I have been delivered a damaged backpack, on contacting the customercare they told me to mail the snapshot of damaged backpack, I did the same and then they approved my complain.They assured me my moneyback in a week and reverse pickup in 48 hours.But its been more than a month and neither the reverse pickup is arranged nor my money has been refunded. I have contacted the customercare more than 10 times, they always ask for another 24 hours or 48 hours etc.some of the execuitives are KAMLESH, YESH, ASWANI etc, they all are lier.Now they have started putting my calls on unlimited hold.
Here I am sending the order receipt and damaged delivery snapshot thr attachment.
