Complaint Details
I used ebay and Paisapay as a transaction medium. Ebay received the money from buyer and I shipped and delivered the product which was duly acknowledged as received by buyer.

1. I have attached the email generated from your (ebay) system confirming the delivery receipt via buyer
2. Attached is the snapshot of the DSR where buyer has confirmed the receipt.
3. Attached is the snapshot of India post which acknowledges the item was shipped

Now, They want me to provide a proof of delivery from India Post. Who does not give the same. I dont quite understand the reason and logic for the same except that you want to harass me.
