Complaint Details
We take one house from indus colonizer in 2007(regiter in 2007),In agrrement builder said that they take all permission from all govt authorities ,At that time we take singlex house from buider ,but now we want to make duplex on that,so we want the permission letter that builder take from nagar nigam for singlex ,but builder not giving the permission letter that he taken for singlex,due to that we are not able to take permission for duplex,We are thinking that the builder done the fraud with us by selling the house without permission,so that he is not able to give the copy.pls solve the problem
