Dear Sir,
I have purchased a mobile phone from timtara.com on 01.12.2012 order no.10361800
for Rs.1655/-.However till date they have not shipped the product and neither they are cancelling and refunding my money. The due date of shipping was 21.12.2012.

I have called their customer care several times but they are not responding to my requests for cancellation and refund. I request you to kindly intervene and arrange for refund

Please do the need full for the same
