I had on 26.12.2012 filed my complaint online at the web site of HIND GAS , and at the same time I sent a letter through courier to the service provider agency at Kapurthala(See attachment) .
But even after a month nobody has contacted me neither from Company ie HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM nor anybody has from the kapurthala agency.
I had in my complaint asked the agency as to why the gas cylinder refill was delivered to my neighbours but not to my residence.
I am yet to recieve a reply and a cylinder refill from Kapurthala agency.

I have now taken a gas cylinder on loan from a friend since both the cylinders provided by the agency are empty.
