When bill was paid on 14dec2012 at IPTL Airtel Store, no receipt was given stating I would receive an SMS within a week. No SMS was received and store is closed.
I got a legal notice from Airtel for nonpayment. When contacted Airtel, they asked me to figure out where the store is relocated to, they couldn't tell me. And they said I had to pay the bill. So I had to pay the bill twice. Apart from this they made numerous calls requesting for a reconnection. Complaints to Collections, Customer Care and Nodal Officer did not result in any help.
