I had booked a ticket with Yatra.com on 16/8/12 with reference no 16081210818. This ticket was of Kingfisher Airlines for Delhi from Pune on 7/11/12 Flight no: IT 156.
Since Kingfisher had cancelled all there operation, this flight too got cancelled. It has been 2 months now but I havent received my refund. If I call Yatra customer care, they give me a blank answer that Refund is due from Kingfisher, since they are my point of contact, I want to lodge a complaint against them. I had made this payment through credit card, expecting them to pay the amount I havent done any transaction for the same. I want the amount to be paid along with the interest.
