Complaint Details
I have hired Prince packers and Movers services (LR 1009) to transport my house hold goods from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 05th Jan, 2013.
The items were delivered on 07th Jan but many of the items were found missing.
It's clear that they have opened the Boxes and stolen few of the goods (worth around 22,000 INR) and then repacked the boxes and delivered at my Bangalore address.
When checked with the Hyderabad office they said the goods were correctly loaded on the carrier and no mistake from their end.
No idea who has opened the boxes and stolen my goods.
Need your help in finding the culprit and restoring the value of the goods to me at the earliest.
