Complaint Details
I purchase a Penta Tablet WS 802C with 3 G video calling 8 inch through online from Sanpdeal.com (Order No.738598084) vide Spinel Tradecom Pvt. Ltd., Khasra No.10/13/1 and 10/18/1, Revenue Estate Village Samalkha, Delhi-110037 invoice No.783885 dated 25.09.2012 for Rs.13,700/-. As the said product was found defective, I returned to Snapdeal.com on 12.10.2012. Again they sent another product vide invoice No.941158 dated 31.10.2012 which was received here on 06.11.2012. The same was also found dead and I returned the product and demanded refund of Rs.13700/- plus courier charge. Till now they have not refunded the amount to me. A series of emails have been sent to them. But their reply is that :Amount will be reversed back to my account within 7-10 working days: Kindly take action to get the amount of Rs.13700/- plus courier charge of Rs.620/-
