Complaint Details
I had placed an order on the website http://www.timtara.com/ on 19/11/2012 for a Samsung mobile handset.They promise delivery within 3 weeks but I didnt received the product till date.
Due to delay in delivery, I have tried contacting them many times to know the order stauts or if not available cancel the order but they never responed properly. I had been trying to cancel the order since 30/12/2012 and have not yet been cancelled yet.
Whenever I try an call they they just repeat the same statement stating it will take 48hrs.
They have never called or sent any email notifications in response to my compalints on their website and over the phone. When I asked them to connect me to some senior they just say one line "They have escalted the issue to their High end team. they will contact you in 48hours." and I haven't recieved any response yet.
I had made the payment using Credit Card and even the bank said they cannot revert the payment.
