I purchased a book that was available on various websites but chose Flipkart since they had a hardcover. The price marked by Flipkart was Rs. 450 and showed a discount which further reduced it to Rs. 428. I purchased the book and received a paperback version which had a marked price of Rs. 399 on it. Upon complaining, I received a reply that it was an error on their part and they regretted the inconvenience and are willing to refund the amount in a 'wallet' that can be used only on their website. Additionally, this refund in the form of wallet would be made available to me after I couriered the book to them. Therefore, firstly I received the wrong item due to their mistake and thereafter I am told to courier the book back to them which will cost me and they will only refund the amount which I can use on their site. Thus, I have paid Rs. 428 for a book which has a marked price of Rs. 399 and I have not even received the correct product.
