Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had to shift from Bangalore to Panchkula, Haryana. So I contacted Mr. Monoj from Sahara Domestic & International Packers & Movers Bangalore for shifting. The Consignment bearing # 11745 reached Panchkula in May 2012. Goods were insured. During this movement, following goods were broken
a) Microwave Oven front glass.
b) Bike’s Brake.
c) Bike’s Leg guards.
d) Bike’s indicators.
Damage communicated to the delivery guys in written. I mentioned the list of broken items on the Bills (Original and copy). I was told that the damage list would be submitted to office and I will be contacted by insurance people shortly for damage recovery. Even after 2-3 months, I did not receive any call from insurance company. I tried to call Mr. Monoj multiple times but he never answered to my calls or e-mails. He did not even tell me the reason for not resolving the issue.
I am attaching the copy of bills and the signed list of damaged goods. Kindly register my complaint and do the needful.
