Complaint Details
I ve got my aquaguard total I Nova water purifier repaired frm Shiwalik Automobile, Ropar (authorised service provider of Eureka Forbes). Engineer changed the candles but fail to RESET the unit, which causes BEEP sound even after replacement of candles and service. On contacting Mr Shiv, he assured me 4-5 times abt attended the fault but fail to do so. I ve lodegd compaint with EFL through web site(fbf2f86b698e) but EFL fail to answer my concern. I ve even escalated my complaint to every possibel step provided on EFL website. I ve also lodged two complaints through webchat  S41143-T43837 
and S41143-T44285 and in response to second webchat Mr parvesh from Patiala (ph- 09357755801) assured me of solving my problem on 9/1/13. On not receiving any technician on 9/1 I again requested Mr Parvesh on 10/1 to send someone but he fail to do so. I ve no other option but to approach yourself to just rectify the fault caused due to incomplete service. I ve made Rs 1090/- payment to EFL.
